How It Works

  1. Find the same product in stock and available at a UK-based retailer, listed at a lower total price.
  2. Get in touch before you buy — call us on 01253 508532, email sales@norbreckbathrooms.co.uk, or use our live chat.
  3. Send us the details — a link or screenshot showing the product, price, and delivery cost.
  4. We'll review and respond quickly. If it qualifies, we'll beat the price so you can order with confidence.

What We Need to Beat

To make sure we're comparing like for like, the competitor's price must be for:

  • The identical product — same brand, model, size, colour, and finish.
  • An item that is new, in stock, and available to buy at the time of your request.
  • A UK-based retailer with a genuine, publicly listed price (not auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, membership-only prices, or cash-back offers).
  • The total delivered price, including any delivery charges, so the comparison is fair.

The Details

  • Price match requests must be made before you place your order — we're unable to refund the difference retrospectively.
  • The guarantee covers the product price, and we'll always consider delivery costs as part of the total comparison.
  • We can't match prices against clearance, ex-display, liquidation, bundle, or time-limited flash-sale offers.
  • We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price and stock availability, and to decline a request where the lower price can't be confirmed or where matching isn't commercially viable.
  • Our Price Guarantee can't be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions.
  • Norbreck Bathrooms reserves the right to amend or withdraw this guarantee at any time.
