At Norbreck Bathrooms we offer either free click and collect or standard delivery. We advise ordering your items in plenty of time to ensure everything arrives when required and no delays to the work occur.

Standard Delivery
  • FREE on online orders over £550 (Excluding Northern Ireland).
  • Orders under £550 will be charged dependent on total weight of the order, calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Postcode restrictions apply.
Northern Ireland Due to additional costs, a surcharge for delivery will apply. This is calculated based on weight automatically at checkout.

Click & Collect

Click & collect is free on all orders, regardless of value. This is only available at our main location (47-49 Norbreck Rd, Blackpool, Thornton-Cleveleys FY5 1RR). Please allow 2-3 days for the order to be ready. We will notify you via email when the order is available.

Standard Delivery

Items 20kg and under will be delivered tracked via royal mail. You will receive an email once dispatch has been confirmed with your tracking details included.

For orders over 20kg and require a pallet, they will be delivered via a courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a link to track the status of your order. Orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the courier. Please ensure someone is in to receive your delivery.

Northern Ireland

Orders to Northern Ireland follow the same process as standard delivery, but incur a calculated surcharge as detailed in the summary table above.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return any goods, we will offer you an exchange where possible or provide you with a full refund. Simply return the items within 14 days of purchase to our main location in their original condition with a receipt as proof of purchase. All refunds will be made via the original method of payment except cash amounts over £100.

We are able to offer partial refunds if you would like to return part of your order. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on the goods returned and not the full order.

We are unable to exchange or refund items that have been used in any way.
