PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A superior anti-mould silicone sealant guaranteed to prevent mould, mildew and bacterial growth for up to 10 years. Remains permanently waterproof making it suitable for sealing applications in areas of high humidity such as kitchens, shower bases and cubicles, baths, wet rooms, sanitary ware, etc. Can also be used around window and door frames in areas that have condensation levels.
CE Approved: Conforms to EN15651-1 3; F INT, XS1.
APPLICATION
One part silicone sealant with excellent primerless Can be used in swimming pool areas (but not in swimming pools). Ideal for sanitary applications including connection and expansion joints in bath rooms, kitchens, toilet areas and swimming pool areas. Stays mould-free for 10 years and protects against discolouration. Contains powerful anti-fungal biocide that retards mould growth.
S1 Grey Tile Adhesive
Mapei Super Flexible S1 Tile Adhesive is a cement based, high grab, high strength versatile flexible wall and floor tile adhesive that conforms to UKCA and CE EN 12004 as C2TES1. Mapei Super Flexible S1 has a long pot life with up to 8 hours use after mixing, up to 30 minutes open time and 60 minutes tile adjustment time. It is resistant to frost, weathering and ageing, and can be applied in depths up to 15mm.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A totally unique “hybrid" sealant for use in areas requiring a tough elastic rubber joint or as an adhesive with superior bonding strength.
- For interior and exterior applications in all weather conditions.
- Remains permanently flexible.
- Can be over-painted with water-based paints.
- Non staining and will not discolour surfaces (excellent for use on natural stone)*
- Contains no isocyanates, solvents, silicone and phthalates.
- Excellent adhesion to most surfaces (even moist surfaces). Wet on wet application.
- No odour.
- Anti-pick properties (colours only).
- CE Approved: Conforms to EN15651-1; F INT.
APPLICATION
A universal, waterproof, construction adhesive and sealer for use with stone, concrete, mirrors (with an acetone resistant backing *please see TDS for limitations), natural stone, marble, gypsum board, poly-carbonates, polystyrene, PVC, many plastics, ceramics, copper, lead, zinc, aluminium, stainless steel, wood and glass.
Note: This product is not recommended for use with expansion joints or for installations where the joints are continually immersed in water. If allowed to cure in dark conditions or low UV light the product may yellow.
*Although in the majority of cases Gripbond Pro will not stain, not all natural stone products are of the same composition and in some cases the material can be very porous. Therefore we always recommend testing before application and use of a primer in these cases.

Mapei Super Flexible S1 is a high-performance, cement-based adhesive designed for maximum grab and versatility. Classified as C2TE S1, this adhesive is specifically formulated for projects that require a longer working time without sacrificing bond strength. It is the ideal choice for fixing large-format porcelain, natural stone, and ceramic tiles to both walls and floors, even in demanding environments like wet rooms or over underfloor heating.

8-Hour Pot Life: Unlike rapid-set alternatives, this standard-set formula remains workable for up to 8 hours after mixing. This makes it perfect for intricate patterns, large areas, or warmer environments where quick-set adhesives would dry too fast.
Superior Flexibility (S1): Deformable and polymer-modified to absorb substrate movement. Essential for tiling onto plywood-overlaid floors, plasterboard, and heated screeds.
High Initial Grab & Non-Slip: Features a high-strength "no vertical slip" formula, meaning you can fix heavy wall tiles without them sliding before the adhesive sets.
Interior & Exterior Use: Fully resistant to frost, weathering, and ageing. Suitable for everything from kitchen splashbacks to outdoor patios and swimming pools.
Variable Bed Depth: Can be applied in depths up to 15mm, allowing you to level out slightly uneven surfaces as you tile.

Coverage: Approx. 5m2 per 20kg bag (based on a 300x300mm tile on a flat base with a standard trowel).
Keraquick Easy S1 is a Cementitious (C) Improved (2), Fast Setting (F) Deformable (S1) tile adhesive classified as C2F S1.
Where to use:
For interior and exterior installations of ceramic, porcelain and moisture stable natural stone tiles and mosaics to cement-based and suitably prepared calcium sulphate based screeds, concrete, plywood overlaid floors, existing unglazed ceramic floor tiles, tilebacker boards.
Application examples:
Renovation in heavily trafficked areas and where surfaces need to be quickly back in service, such as public buildings, motorway services, pedestrian walkways, supermarkets, showrooms, airports etc.
In swimming pools, industrial plants (breweries, wine cellars, dairies etc.), refrigeration units.
In bathrooms, showers, kitchens, conservatories and on balconies and terraces.
The installation of tiled finishes to underfloor and undertile heating systems.
The installation of non-absorbent floor tiles over existing floors, where a standard setting adhesive would be too slow.
Installation of large format tiles due to the products excellent wetting out capabilities.
Installation of ceramic and porcelain tiles directly over undertile heating cables.
The installation of tiles externally in autumn/winter where night time temperatures drop below +5ºC.

"The Grout Colour Secret" — Never choose your grout colour from a screen; it should always be matched against the physical tile in natural light.
Expert Tip: For a seamless "Spa" look with large-format tiles, choose a grout colour that is one shade darker than the tile itself. This makes the grout lines disappear, creating a continuous surface effect. If you are tiling a high-traffic floor, avoid pure white grout; go for a "Silver Grey" or "Anthracite" to keep your floor looking cleaner for much longer.
